Die Ergeb\u00adnisse zeigten verbes\u00adsertes infor\u00admelles Lernen, wenn alters\u00adge\u00admischte Trai\u00adnings\u00adpartner eine hohe Tech\u00adnik\u00adbe\u00adgeis\u00adte\u00adrung mitbringen.<\/p>\n<h2>Die Heraus\u00adfor\u00adde\u00adrung<\/h2>\n<p>Um in alters\u00addi\u00adversen und digi\u00adtalen Arbeits\u00adum\u00adge\u00adbungen wett\u00adbe\u00adwerbs\u00adf\u00e4hig zu bleiben, m\u00fcssen Orga\u00adni\u00adsa\u00adtionen ihre alters\u00addi\u00adverse Beleg\u00adschaft aktiv managen und unter\u00adst\u00fctzen. Entspre\u00adchend ihrer Perso\u00adnal\u00adstra\u00adtegie wollte ein deut\u00adsches Finanz\u00adin\u00adstitut die Zusam\u00admen\u00adar\u00adbeit zwischen Mitar\u00adbei\u00adtenden unter\u00adschied\u00adli\u00adchen Alters verbes\u00adsern und gegen\u00adsei\u00adtiges tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgie\u00adbe\u00adzo\u00adgenes Lernen f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n<h2>Das Expe\u00adri\u00adment<\/h2>\n<p>Wir entwi\u00adckelten eine Trai\u00adnings\u00adin\u00adter\u00adven\u00adtion f\u00fcr alters\u00addi\u00adverse Kolleg*innen, welche den Schnitt\u00adpunkt zwischen Alter und Tech\u00adno\u00adlogie als unge\u00adnutzte Chance darstellt. Ziel der Studie war es zu pr\u00fcfen, wann und f\u00fcr wen ein solches Trai\u00adning wirksam ist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Design:<\/strong> Rando\u00admized Controlled Trial (RCT), mit Trai\u00adnings- und Kontroll\u00adgruppe, drei zeit\u00adver\u00adsetzte quan\u00adti\u00adta\u00adtive Befra\u00adgungen.<br><strong>Inter\u00adven\u00adtion:<\/strong> Halb\u00adt\u00e4\u00adgige Trai\u00adnings am Haupt\u00adsitz des Part\u00adners f\u00fcr alters\u00adge\u00admischte Kolleg*innen, die in Zwei\u00ader\u00adgruppen teil\u00adnahmen.<br><strong>Stich\u00adprobe:<\/strong> 286 Mitar\u00adbei\u00adtende aller Alters\u00adgruppen, orga\u00adni\u00adsiert in 143 Zwei\u00ader\u00adgruppen mit einem durch\u00adschnitt\u00adli\u00adchen Alters\u00adun\u00adter\u00adschied von 22 Jahren.<br><strong>Zeit\u00adraum:<\/strong> Rund 9 Monate von der ersten bis zur dritten Befra\u00adgung, inklu\u00adsive Trai\u00adning.<\/p>\n<h2>Die Ergeb\u00adnisse<\/h2>\n<p>Das tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgie\u00adbe\u00adzo\u00adgene Alters\u00addi\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adt\u00e4ts\u00adtrai\u00adning f\u00f6rdert infor\u00admelles Lernen, insbe\u00adson\u00addere Tech\u00adno\u00adlogie-Explo\u00adra\u00adtion und gegen\u00adsei\u00adtiges Lernen, indem es die Bereit\u00adschaft zur digi\u00adtalen Zusam\u00admen\u00adar\u00adbeit erh\u00f6ht.
