Wir f\u00fchrten ein Feld\u00adex\u00adpe\u00adri\u00adment in einer Einzel\u00adhan\u00addels\u00adkette durch, um zu pr\u00fcfen, ob ein Anwe\u00adsen\u00adheits\u00adbonus die Fehl\u00adzeiten der Besch\u00e4f\u00adtigten redu\u00adzieren kann.<\/p>\n<h2>Die Heraus\u00adfor\u00adde\u00adrung<\/h2>\n<p>Um Fehl\u00adzeiten unter Auszu\u00adbil\u00addenden zu redu\u00adzieren, zog eine gro\u00dfe Einzel\u00adhan\u00addels\u00adkette die Einf\u00fch\u00adrung eines Anwe\u00adsen\u00adheits\u00adbonus in Betracht. Ziel war es, die Anwe\u00adsen\u00adheit der Mitar\u00adbei\u00adtenden durch mone\u00adt\u00e4re oder urlaubs\u00adba\u00adsierte Anreize st\u00e4rker an den betrieb\u00adli\u00adchen Bedarf anzu\u00adpassen.<\/p>\n<h2>Das Expe\u00adri\u00adment<\/h2>\n<p>Wir testeten in einem Feld\u00adex\u00adpe\u00adri\u00adment, ob mone\u00adt\u00e4re oder urlaubs\u00adori\u00aden\u00adtierte Anwe\u00adsen\u00adheits\u00adboni Fehl\u00adzeiten unter Auszu\u00adbil\u00addenden im Einzel\u00adhandel redu\u00adzieren k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Design:<\/strong> Rando\u00admised Controlled Trial (RCT) mit zwei Inter\u00adven\u00adti\u00adons\u00adgruppen und einer Kontroll\u00adgruppe, sowie einer Vorher-\/Nachher-Befra\u00adgung<br><strong>Inter\u00adven\u00adtion:<\/strong> Mone\u00adt\u00e4rer Bonus vs. Urlaubs\u00adbonus f\u00fcr Anwe\u00adsen\u00adheit vs. Control<br><strong>Stich\u00adprobe:<\/strong> 346 Auszu\u00adbil\u00addende in 232 Filialen<br><strong>Zeit\u00adraum:<\/strong> Rund 1 Jahr<\/p>\n<h2>Die Ergeb\u00adnisse<\/h2>\n<p>\u00dcber\u00adra\u00adschen\u00adder\u00adweise erh\u00f6hte der mone\u00adt\u00e4re Anwe\u00adsen\u00adheits\u00adbonus die Fehl\u00adzeiten um rund f\u00fcnf Tage pro Mitar\u00adbei\u00adtenden und Jahr. Dieser kontra\u00adpro\u00adduk\u00adtive Effekt entstand, weil der Bonus die intrin\u00adsi\u00adsche Moti\u00adva\u00adtion der Mitar\u00adbei\u00adtenden zur Anwe\u00adsen\u00adheit bei der Arbeit schw\u00e4chte und ihre Wahr\u00adneh\u00admung ver\u00e4n\u00adderte, was als akzep\u00adta\u00adbles Verhalten gilt. Der Frei\u00adzeit\u00adbonus hatte keinen klaren Effekt, wurde jedoch besser ange\u00adnommen.<\/p>\n<h2>Der Beitrag<\/h2>\n<p>Die Studie macht eine entschei\u00addende Erkenntnis deut\u00adlich: Mone\u00adt\u00e4re Anwe\u00adsen\u00adheits\u00adan\u00adreize k\u00f6nnen soziale Normen unge\u00adwollt unter\u00adgraben und nach hinten losgehen \u2013 beson\u00adders bei neuen Mitar\u00adbei\u00adtenden. Solche ver\u00e4n\u00adderten Normen k\u00f6nnen lang\u00adfristig bestehen bleiben und riskant f\u00fcr die Unter\u00adneh\u00admens\u00adkultur sein. Unser Part\u00adner\u00adun\u00adter\u00adnehmen entschied sich daher bewusst gegen die Einf\u00fch\u00adrung des Bonus und verhin\u00adderte so eine m\u00f6gliche Erosion von Anwe\u00adsen\u00adheits\u00adnormen in der Beleg\u00adschaft.
